The Secrets of True Happiness

Seeking happiness as a goal is one of the few things in life that everyone seems to agree on. However, most of us think happiness is about having more of the things we find desirable. We think that if only we had more popularity, more money, more love, more power, a better job, then we would be happy. Yet, in reality, happiness is a state of mind that requires a strong value system, along with certain skills and attitudes.

Explore the following in this course:

  • The purpose of life
  • Happiness enhancing techniques including meditation, positive thinking, and developing an attitude of gratitude
  • The impact of love, and service on your outlook on life

Take this course to gain the necessary tools and resources that can help you lead a happier and more peaceful life.

The content of the course is based on Farnaz’s new book, The Secrets of True Happiness, which is the result of six years of research on the subject. Stephen G. Post, PhD, Stony Brook University School of Medicine, best-selling author of Why Good Things Happen to Good People, says Farnaz's book is "the finest book on happiness that [he has] ever read with regard to both content, style, and potential to transform lives...." The book will set people "on the path to happiness and resilience despite the challenging times in which we live" and is a "euphoric..., inspirational ... vitamin pill for the soul and a ticket to a flourishing and meaningful life." Her book is scheduled for publication in November 2019.
