Buddhist Advice for Letting Go of Stress and Anxiety

Is it possible, in such a chaotic world, to be free of feeling stressed out and anxious? Yes it is. Or at the very least to use those natural feelings in the service of something meaningful. Through training our mind in Buddhist psychology we can gradually approach seemingly fear-inducing situations with a sense of confidence and even enjoyment.

Gen Norden is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centers in Austin and Houston. Ordained as a Buddhist nun in 1994, she has been teaching Buddhism and meditation in the US and the UK for over 25 years.
