American Sign Language (ASL) I

Journey into the world of American Sign Language! In this class, you will be introduced to American Sign Language - learn greetings, gender signs, family signs and other vocabulary words.

You will also learn about Deaf culture and history and discover how to use this graceful, expressive language to communicate with Deaf people.

Alisa Nakano is a Deaf teacher with 15 years of experience teaching American Sign Language (ASL) and teaching Deaf children of all ages.
